The unusual effects ) are a visual effect that are added to Items or Actions in Videogames. In this Tutorial I'll use only unusual effects, since they are used more commonly than the other one's. Importing a Particle effect. Importing a Particle effect is relatively simple.

Click the '+' on the Animation Set editor 1. Select 'Create Animation Set for New Particle System' 1.

This Window should pop up: 1. Click on Browse 1. You should see a list full of '.pcf' files - Every single.pcf files contains a certain list of Particles.

For example itemfx.pcf contains all unusual effects, explosion.pcf a list of different explosions and so on. Select itemfx.pcf (optional) 1. Select one of the effects from the list below. (e.g 'superrareburning2' = Scorching Flames effect) NOTES: The names of the effects are saved and named differently than ingame, which will make the TF2 effect Burning Flames 'superrareburning1'.

I've tried recording after the effect is placed, and F11 to maybe load the effect, neither worked I need help please. It really depends on the situation here. Now if you are using in in a Video obviously the 'Start Time' has to be on the time you want it to start. Otherwise try dragging the Timeline to -1 and let the vide start.

NOTE: As far as I know some effects are bugged (e.g. Green Energy, some of the new effects, Sheens etc.).

(They are usually just saved with a strange name for example Haunted Ghosts is supperrareghost which makes it a little bit difficult to find them). I haven't found all the Killstreak effects though.

Apache wicket framework. Well I'm not really sure if anyone has found the killstreak effects. I haven't seen those anywhere unless a person says they just photoshopped it in.
